Alygnn was founded by Lara Uyar and Jesus Fajardo Lee — two people who experienced the broken job market from opposite sides.
Lara, an international student from Turkey, spent months applying to jobs only to receive mismatched results — roles that had nothing to do with her major or visa situation. The platforms just weren't built for her reality.
Jesus, a business owner from Mexico, faced the other side of the same problem. Candidates applying to his roles weren't the right fit — not because they weren't talented, but because the job platforms weren't matching people to the right opportunities.
