These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of alygnn.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by Alygnn ("Alygnn," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Alygnn is a job-matching platform. Job seekers can create a profile, upload a resume, set job preferences, and swipe through and apply to job postings. Employers can create a verified business account and post job openings for job seekers to discover and apply to.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on that business's behalf and to agree to these Terms for it.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Employers must provide accurate business information, including company name, website, business email, and business address, as part of our verification process. Alygnn may approve, delay, or decline verification at its discretion, and may request additional information to confirm a business's legitimacy.
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their job postings, including compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. Alygnn reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any job posting that it believes, in its sole discretion, is fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their profile and resume. Submitting an application through Alygnn does not guarantee a response from, or interview with, the employer. Alygnn is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any employment relationship, offer, or agreement between a job seeker and an employer.
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as generating draft job descriptions or evaluating custom entries added to a job posting. AI-generated or AI-assisted content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Employers are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-assisted content before it is published, and for ensuring the final content is accurate and compliant with applicable law.

Employer accounts may be subject to subscription fees as described on our pricing page. Where a free trial is offered, it is available under the terms stated at signup and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period.
Alygnn and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your resume or job postings), but you grant Alygnn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and use that content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Alygnn provides a platform to help connect job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee that any job seeker will be hired, that any employer will find a suitable candidate, or that any specific outcome will result from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms Alygnn, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alygnn and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold Alygnn harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
